Teach Rex Takes on the London Marathon for the NSPCC
This year, we’re taking on a challenge like no other—running the London Marathon on April 27th. While 26.2 miles is no easy feat, we’re doing it for a cause that means the world to us: the NSPCC.
How We’re Preparing
Running a marathon is both exciting and daunting! We’re training hard to make sure we’re ready for the big day, but knowing we’re running to support such a crucial cause keeps us focused and motivated.
As former teachers who worked closely with our own classes before founding Teach Rex, we’ve always admired the incredible work the NSPCC does to protect and support children. Since starting Teach Rex, we’ve had the privilege of visiting over 1,000 schools and meeting thousands of young people across the UK. These experiences have only deepened our appreciation for the vital role the NSPCC plays in safeguarding children and supporting their wellbeing.
Why We’re Supporting the NSPCC
The NSPCC plays a vital role in protecting children and supporting families when they need it most. They provide services like Childline, therapy for children who’ve experienced abuse, and essential support for families, all while campaigning tirelessly to protect children from harm.
Last year alone, the NSPCC helped over 200,000 children and young people, and we want to help them reach even more. The funds we raise will go directly towards their life-changing work and we’re honoured to play even a small part in making a difference.
How You Can Help
We’d love you to join us in supporting the NSPCC. Any donation, big or small, will make a huge difference. Your support could help fund counselling sessions for children, provide resources for families, or keep Childline running 24/7.

A Meaningful Difference
Every Step Brings Us Closer to a Safer Future
Taking on the London Marathon isn’t simply about the miles or the challenge of running—it’s about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives. Through your support, we can help the NSPCC continue its vital work and create a future where every child feels protected and valued.
Thank you so much for reading, supporting and sharing this journey with us. Whether you donate, share our fundraiser, or cheer us on in April, it all makes a difference. Together, we can help the NSPCC continue their incredible work.
Let’s make every mile count!
